You will find your schedule on our brand new app.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Download our new Peak Ice app on your phone.
- Sign in into the app by creating your account.
When signing in please use the email address provided on your registration form.
This email address will be the ONLY one working to sign in into the app.
- Once your account will be approved by our technical team, go to the top left corner (3 lines) and click on profile. Click on "add skater" and put the FULL NAME of your skater and select her/his group. Click "SAVE".
- You will have full access to the training schedule of your skater and will be able to request an available private lesson by clicking on the "Schedule" section.
- Private lesson time slots are bookable to all skaters. All skaters can request the same time slot. Only the coach will approve the private lesson request to one skater.
- One private lesson per coach and per day will be allocated to the skater.
- Once your private lesson is approved by the selected coach, you will have a notification in the app.
- If your session is still pending, it means that the coach might not take any private lessons during the selected time slot - but please check your schedule often since the coach can accept your request at any time.
- Payment of the private lessons by cash will be in Management's office from 13:00 to 16:00 on Friday [ day 5 ]. Please come to the office to review the number of allocated private lessons and the total amount due for the week.
